You Hoffmans and your advanced pallets sicken me. Cinnamon should stay away from tomatoes and meat, just like chocolate should stay away from fruit!
hmmmmmm i want to try this but i too am questioning the cinnamon. do you swear on your life that it's good? i trust your advanced pallets... i just need a little reassurance.
Christy: we swears it, precious. Do it!
okay, okay, i'll try it! i just made the yummiest pasta tonight. like, it was gourmet. eric bain's recipe, so i can't take credit. these erics and their pastas... might be something to that. anyway, it had bow tie, chicken, BACON, peas, cherry tomatoes, a white sauce, etc and was amazing. i'll have to pass along the recipe if eric b. approves.
Christy! Please! Don't do this thing. Just stay away from unnatural culinary cross-overs. I know they make you feel cultured and self important, but it never really works out that way. Stay clear.
