A brief Easter recap

We had a lovely Easter week! Very rejuvenating - we came away with a deeper appreciation and love for the Savior and His atonement. He lived a perfect life, suffered for our sins, and descended below all things. He knows us and knows perfectly how to help and bless us!

After our devo on Easter morning, we had an easter egg hunt for Elena. We weren't sure how she would react, since she hasn't been too thrilled for birthdays or Christmas' yet, but it was a hit! Eric got her started by pointing out a couple of the eggs and opening them to show her the candy. After that, she ran around til they were all found.

This video is a little long, but its mostly for my mom and dad, so they can watch Elena opening her Easter basket from them. (Around about 1:1o, there is a really cute reaction)

She really liked the crown and the purse- thanks Grandma and Grandpa!
