Baby's head is still really high: -2 station
The bright side: it is some progress. It could be worse. However, it was slightly disheartening after my contractions had really picked up yesterday morning and they were coming every 40 minutes for most of the day.
We looked up the info on my chart from when I was pregnant with Elena and it seems as if history is repeating itself. At my first weekly appointment, I was dilated to a 1, 75% effaced, -2 station.
Hmm.... so it looks like onward we march to February 4th. Oh, well, its only a little more than two weeks, right? And I have a couple of projects I want to finish up around the house before she comes. So, it's all good. Right? :)

February 4th will be here before you know it! (And if you wait for the 5th, you'll hit a most important date in our family-our first date anniversary!) Here's hoping for more contractions and a fast labor!
at least it's some progress! and as we know these things can happen fast once they get started. eek, i'm so excited for you!
and by the way, i think we need to do a playdate before you have the baby. (if you're up for it.) i would love to go to the children's museum or aquarium, or just hang out at someone's house. i'll email you and amy today and we can make plans. :)

Hang in there. Isn't it amazing how two weeks normally flies by, but when you are pregnant it seems like the longest two weeks of all time. Good luck!!!
