It's a.....

Bachelor of Science!!!!

That's right everyone, after eight long years (ten total, but two of those were time off for his mission) of studying and working his tail off, Eric has officially graduated from BYU with his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering!! This degree represents the fulfillment of many prayers, fasts, miracles, and a whole lot of hard, hard work, effort, and perseverance on Eric's part.

Check out this beautiful sight:

and this one:

Shout out to my love!! I'm so proud of him! He has worked so incredibly hard! Five of the eight years (the years with the hardest coursework) he has also been supporting a family by working full time on top of going to school. He's seen it through in spite of being laid off from his job, starting and managing his own business, Lily's hospitalizations, and Elena's diagnosis with cancer, just to name a few things. :) He is one incredible guy - I don't know how he has done it. Thanks for working so hard for us babe!

He's now in the middle of his master's program (and I have to admit that I find it pretty hot to say that my husband is a grad student ;)) and in one more year, he'll be all done with that and we'll move on to life after school. (Hallelujah!)

WAY TO GO ERIC!!! I love you, my B.S. ;)

****Sorry for the lag in MAW posts - we're waiting for our photo cd to arrive from Disneyworld. They're kind of taking their time. :) As soon as it comes, we'll finish it up!****

So proud of you both! What you have accomplished is HUGE! And it looks beautiful in print!

Just curious, is he going to walk at some point? After all the hard work, I'd want the moment--and the picture!
